1. Une lettre de candidature dûment signée par le président de la MSA et approuvée par le doyen de la faculté.
2. Une note conceptuelle
3. Preuve de paiement des cotisations d’adhésion à FAMSA (contactez treasurer@famsanet.org pour payer vos cotisations)

Please note that the following should be available for the GA (Nov 17-20th):

1. A Letter of Application duly signed by the MSA president and endorsed by the Dean of the Faculty.
2. A Concept note
3. Proof of payment of FAMSA membership dues (contact treasurer@famsanet.org to pay your dues )
