In commemoration of world world Sleep day being 15th of March, a lecture series aimed at addressing the quality of sleep and psychological stress among medical students and to discuss the relationship between sleep quality, stress, and stress management, and academic performance in medical school will be held.

Speaker: Dr Emma Nalianya

She is a former President of the Federation of African Medical Students’ Associations (FAMSA). She is also a medical officer intern at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital.

Date: March 15th, 2022.
